Terms of Service
1. About the service
StatPursuit offers an illustrative Free Public Preview and a paid subscription research service operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (“StatPursuit,” “we,” or “us”). It presents player-prop market information, historical game results, descriptive hit rates, charts, matchup context, line sensitivity and saved research. It is research software only: it does not accept, place, transmit, prepare, validate or settle wagers; open or interact with sportsbook accounts; or hold customer funds or sportsbook credentials.
StatPursuit is informational software. Historical outcomes are not predictions, probabilities of future results, recommendations, guarantees, or promises of profit. A displayed historical hit rate describes only the included sample and can change with the selected line, period, season, market, data coverage and filters. Small samples can be especially unstable.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of research information complies with applicable law. You agree not to misuse the service, evade access controls or subscription limits, scrape or redistribute content, interfere with service operation, or use another person’s account without authorization.
3. Membership, billing and cancellation
The Public Preview costs $0, requires no account or payment method, and uses clearly labeled illustrative sample data. It is not a live market-data service. Paid Pro membership provides supported live research subject to provider coverage and the limits below.
StatPursuit Pro is currently offered at $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year, plus any applicable taxes. The amount, interval and recurring nature will be shown again in Stripe Checkout before you submit payment. Membership renews automatically for the selected interval at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel or update payment details using the “Manage billing” link in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid period.
Membership includes a fair-use limit of 300 live research requests per account per UTC calendar day. The app displays a notice when that limit is reached. The limit may be adjusted with notice if provider capacity or abuse-prevention needs change.
Payments are processed by Stripe. StatPursuit does not receive or store full card numbers. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, completed subscription periods are not prorated and payments are not refundable. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
4. Accounts and saved research
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Saved screens, preferences and watched props and research notes may sync to your account. You can request or initiate account deletion in the app; deletion removes account data subject to limited records we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
5. Data, availability and third parties
Odds, event details, schedules, player data, historical statistics, logos and images may come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. A line or price can change or disappear at any time. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Data coverage, refresh frequency and historical availability vary by sport and provider. StatPursuit does not link to, direct you to, or transmit selections to a sportsbook.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature or data source. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific data coverage, or that research will be error-free.
6. Intellectual property
The StatPursuit interface, original software, text and design are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. Provider data and third-party marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and license terms. Your paid membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not copy, resell, publish or systematically export service content or data except as permitted by law and the applicable provider licenses.
7. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. StatPursuit does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or gambling advice. You decide whether and how to use the information.
To the extent allowed by law, [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses arising from data errors, provider outages, changed lines, third-party services or your wagering decisions. The aggregate liability cap and any dispute-resolution provisions must be set with counsel before publication; no limitation applies where prohibited by law.
8. Responsible play
Do not wager money you cannot afford to lose. Betting outcomes are uncertain, and no research tool can remove that risk. If gambling stops being recreational, stop and seek help. See Responsible Play for support resources.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will provide notice and obtain renewed acceptance when required. Continued use after the effective date is subject to applicable law and the revised terms.
