Privacy Notice
1. Who operates StatPursuit

2. Information we handle
- Account information: email address, authentication identifiers and account security/session data managed by Supabase Auth.
- Membership records: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan, status and renewal date. Stripe processes payment card details; StatPursuit does not store full card numbers.
- Saved research: saved screens, watched props and research notes and workspace preferences may be synced to your account.
- Service requests and technical logs: requests to search games or player markets may include your query, chosen league, books and event filters. Vercel and our data provider may process request metadata such as IP address, time and endpoint for hosting, delivery, abuse prevention and provider usage accounting.
- Legal acknowledgments: account ID, accepted Terms and Privacy versions, age confirmation and acceptance time.
- Support messages: information you choose to include when contacting us.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate accounts, sync your research, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, secure the app, meet legal obligations and understand service failures. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use personal data to decide whether a wager should be placed.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We use Vercel for hosting and delivery, Supabase for accounts and private saved data, and Stripe for subscription billing. SportsGameOdds supplies current market data; historical data may be loaded from public nflverse and NBA sources. StatPursuit does not use a sportsbook handoff, sportsbook-link, or bet-placement provider. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users, the service or our rights.
5. Storage, security and retention
Preferences, saved screens, watched props and research notes and account records are stored in Supabase while your account is active. Local settings may also remain in browser storage until you clear site data. Provider caches are temporary and are subject to provider licenses. We use access controls and server-side secrets, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
When you delete your account, we remove account-linked research and cancel an active membership through Stripe. 6. Your choices and rights
You can review or delete your account in the app and cancel a membership through Manage billing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. 7. Children and age
StatPursuit accounts are intended for people at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly maintain accounts for children. Contact us if you believe a child account was created.
8. Cookies and similar storage
The app uses browser local storage for settings, saved screens and watched props and research notes. Supabase authentication stores a session token in browser storage in this implementation. Essential server-side and CDN logs may be generated by our providers. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are intentionally included in this release. This must be rechecked if analytics, ad or attribution tools are added.
9. Changes
We may update this notice as services or laws change. Material changes will be posted here with a new version and, where required, shown for renewed acceptance.
